DotComSecrets $100,000,000 Challenge Official RulesCONTEST begins at 12:01 pm (Mountain Time) on October 2, 2008, AND ends at 11:59 PM (Mountain Time) on February 3, 2009. This contest challenges entrants to use online business strategies to achieve total web-based revenues from all entrants of $100,000,000. Contest winner will be awarded one 2009 GM Corvette.

HOW TO ENTER: Complete form on found on:
www.contest.dotcomsecrets.com, including name, email, user name and password. After creating an account, do the following:
1) Watch the videos and complete each of the four (4) assignments associated with the each of the six (6) contest phases
2) Post “before” photos displaying your prior car, television, home, bank account balance, significant other, life, etc. at the start of the contest
3) Continue to master the techniques taught by Russell Brunson for the remainder of the $100,000,000 Challenge
4) Post “after” photos displaying your current car, television, home, bank account balance, significant other, life, etc. you have obtained as a direct result of utilizing the strategies taught by Russell Brunson
5) Gather additional support material(s), including, but not limited to, written or video testimonials from customers, vendors, friends or family; merchant account information; website analytics; etc.
6) Record inner-transformations of what, outside of monetary gain, you have received as a result of participating in the $100,000,000 Challenge
NOTE: Entrant’s information (i) may not have been previously published or won any other prize/award, (ii) must be the exclusive original work of the entrant, and must be true and verifiable, (iii) may not be inappropriate or offensive, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, and (iv) may not defame or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or property rights or any other third party rights.
ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59 PM (Mountain Time) ON February 3, 2009. No illegible, incomplete, forged or altered entries will be accepted. All entries, including each Flash Ad/Video/Message become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By submitting entry, entrant represents that he/she has the unrestricted right to submit his/her entry including Flash Ad/Video/Message and no such Flash Ad/Video/Message infringes upon any third party's proprietary or other rights. By entering, entrants unconditionally assign and transfer to Sponsor any and all rights which they now have or may in the future have to their entry as well as supporting materials such as photographs, Flash Ad/Video/Message including, without limitation, the copyrights therein, in any medium whatsoever. Sponsor will have the unrestricted right to use, alter, publish, display or transfer each Flash Ad/Video/Message however it sees fit without further approval of or payment to entrant. All entrants agree to use of name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes by Sponsor in any medium without additional compensation.
*NOTE: Whenever possible, for ease of viewing, videos should be broken into 30- or 60-second spots.
SELECTION OF SEMI-FINALISTS: Starting November 1, 2008, judges appointed by Sponsor will begin to select the semi-finalists. Semi-finalists will be selected throughout the contest period, on the basis of (1) clarity of message (25%), (2) creativity (25%), (3) technique (25%), and (4) potential effectiveness (25%), by judges appointed by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest. Semi-finalists will be notified by email and/or telephone, and will have two (2) business days to reply or will lose their semi-finalist status.
SELECTION OF FINALISTS: On February 4, 2009, at the beginning of The Millionaire Incubator seminar held in Anaheim, CA, judges will announce the selection of 5 finalists who will then be eligible to win the Grand Prize of a 2009 GM Corvette. The five (5) finalists will be selected on the basis of (1) clarity of message (25%), (2) creativity (25%), (3) technique (25%), and (4) potential effectiveness (25%), by judges appointed by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest.
SELECTION OF WINNER: During The Millionaire Incubator seminar held in Anaheim, CA, Finalists will give a short, 15-minute presentation outlining his/her business model, strategies used, lessons learned, as well as how they have changed both monetarily and personally since the start of the $100,000,000 Challenge. After each finalist has presented, the winner of the 2009 Corvette will be determined by votes cast by the other seminar attendees. Votes will be cast by secret ballot. One winner will be selected from among the finalists. The winner must be present at the seminar, at time of voting, and also at time of Grand Prize award to win. In the event the winner is not present, the Grand Prize will be awarded to the finalist with the 2nd most total votes, should the 2nd place finalist not be present, this process will be repeated until a Grand Prize winner has been selected. If all 5 finalists are not present, no Grand Prize will be awarded.
PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize: Value will be determined by the cost associated with the purchase of a 2009 GM Corvette. The prize will be awarded (assuming a minimum of five (5) eligible entries). No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. Sponsor responsible only for prize delivery; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of prize winner.
Winner is responsible for obtaining the vehicle in his/her own state. Additionally, winner is responsible for all of the following: state and local taxes, titles, registrations, and tags, insurance, damage to the vehicle regardless of fault, normal wear and tear, gas, maintenance and all other expenses, taxes and costs of automobile use.
ELIGIBILITY: Contest open to individuals age 18 or older as of October 2, 2008, with a valid driver’s license (if applicable), who are legal residents and not “minors” of their current domicile and state, except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor, its agents, judges and advertising and promotional agencies.
VERIFICATION OF WINNER AND DELIVERY OF PRIZE: Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, a publicity release. Prize may be forfeited if affidavit is not signed at time prize is awarded. In the event affidavit is not signed by winner at time of award, prize will then be awarded to the finalist with the second most votes, should the 2nd place finalist not sign the affidavit, this process will be repeated until a Grand Prize winner has been selected. If none of the 5 finalists are sign the affidavit, no Grand Prize will be awarded. Winner agrees to use of name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for Sponsor’s promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation.
GENERAL: This Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable country, federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Contest will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Idaho, USA. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Contest must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of Idaho, USA. Sponsor and judges not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, postage due, or misdirected entries, mail or communications, for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices, or transmission lines or data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, loss or otherwise. Further, Sponsor and judges are not responsible for electronic communications which are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant's e-mail account to receive e-mail messages. The use of automated software or computer programs to register or to enter the Contest or that are embedded in any Flash Ad/Video/Message is prohibited and any individual who uses or attempts to use such methods to register or to enter will be disqualified. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Contest, and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Contest should any virus, bug, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted and the winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received prior to such time. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant from this Contest or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates if his or her action, fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the Contest. By participating in this Contest, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that s/he is eligible to participate in this Contest. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor, its directors, employees, officers, and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activities.
